About The Position

Lindy Paving is growing and is looking for detail-driven, motivated individuals to join their Quality Control team as Plant Lab Technicians in the Greater Pittsburgh region. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, analyzing data, and being part of a team that builds essential infrastructure. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between plant locations

Nice To Haves

• NECEPT certification or prior quality control/construction experience

Responsibilities

• Perform lab testing on construction materials, including Hot Mix Asphalt (HMA)
• Follow established quality control procedures and testing standards
• Analyze test data and help identify and correct quality issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation
• Calibrate, clean, and maintain lab equipment
• Support continuous improvement and team development
