Requirements

Must be willing to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts as well as scheduled and unscheduled overtime
Experience working in an industrial environment

Nice To Haves

Working knowledge of steel industry, steel grades, and quality systems
Prior Physical Lab testing experience

Responsibilities

Procurement of samples
Dimensional and mechanical testing
Operation and maintenance of equipment
Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of data for the certification of material
Initiate, lead and uphold safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards to always make safety and quality a priority
