Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods, bend, lift and other physical activity
- Strong work ethic
Nice To Haves
- WAQTC: asphalt, aggregate and density ACI
- Nuclear safety training for portable gauges.
- Knowledge of aggregate products and industry quality standards.
- Intermediate computer skills
- Develop knowledge of scales, shakers, ovens, and sieves.
Responsibilities
- Perform data filing and quality assurance sample storage.
- Perform the quality control testing of soils, aggregate and asphalt and report results to your lab supervisor.
- Assist with equipment calibration
- Responsible to input tracking data into the lab database.
- Sample HMA at hot plants and projects.
- Be able to calculate and report through computer programs.
