About The Position

Elevated Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is seeking a Lab Technician to support its practice and contribute to patient care and office efficiency. The role includes sterilizing surgical instruments, turning over operatories between appointments, and assisting the surgeon and team during consultations and surgery appointments. The technician collaborates with other professionals and takes on a range of responsibilities, with opportunities to learn and grow. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• A patient-centric attitude and commitment to enhancing patient satisfaction and office efficiency.
• Ability to positively influence patients, coworkers, referring offices, and the practice.
• Demonstrated growth or improvement in previous positions.
• Experience with customer service techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to take on other duties and adapt to the evolving needs of the practice.
