About The Position

Agri-Mark, a dairy cooperative with over 100 years of history rooted in farming, family, and a strong mission, is seeking a regular, full-time Lab Technician for the 2nd Shift (3pm-11pm). This role requires schedule flexibility, including willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and rotate shifts as needed. The position involves all aspects of product testing, ingredient screening, sanitation monitoring, loss control prevention, QA/QC of equipment, and record keeping/report generation. Responsibilities also include communicating quality standards and directing blending/standardizing operations. The base pay is $26.93 per hour plus applicable shift differential, with potential for rate increases every six months for the first two years.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally
• Mostly standing and sitting
• Some walking, bending and climbing (multiple flights of stairs on occasion)

Nice To Haves

• Education in Food Science or related field preferred or equivalent experience
• Lab experience preferred
