About The Position
This role is a remote position and reports to the Head of Product Design on the Concept Team at Analog Devices. The Lab Technician will assist in building and assembling mechanical devices, utilizing knowledge of 3D printing, and running tests to create technical reports. The position requires the ability to read and understand complex 2D specification drawings and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Requirements
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a technical field.
- 2-3 years of experience working in a technical environment.
- Demonstrated technical aptitude and hands-on experience.
- Ability to read and understand complex 2D speciation drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Nice To Haves
- 2D/3D CAD experience a plus.
Responsibilities
- Helping to build and assembly mechanical devices.
- Utilizing knowledge of 3D printing, including creating parts, cleaning support materials, troubleshooting machine technical issues, and ordering consumables and components from various vendors online.
