About The Position

This HVAC Lab Technician II will be responsible for analyzing oil, refrigerant, and absorption samples to determine suitability for continued use for in-services commercial HVAC equipment. This is a 1st shift position (6am-4:30pm) Monday-Thursday.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in chemistry (or related field) and at least 1 year of relevant lab work experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
• Candidates without a degree are encouraged to apply; we prioritize practical experience, relevant skills, and alignment with our leadership principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in workplace safety, in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Analyze in-use oil and refrigerant to identify potential failures and make recommendations for corrective action for commercial HVAC equipment.
• Develop subject matter expertise in test standards and support the creation and improvement of test procedures.
