About The Position

The Lab Technician I - SPE is responsible for manufacturing roQ sorbents, roQ tubes, and kits. This position requires excellent organization, good time management skills, and attention to detail. The role is part of the SPE Production team and is an on-site position in Torrance, CA. The initial shift is Monday-Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for the first two weeks, then transitioning to 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 5:00 am to 1:30 pm.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Other Certification preferred
• 2 years of working experience or more
• Computer skills, ex: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
• Ability to lift, move or carry equipment up to 20lb

Responsibilities

• Manufacture roQ sorbents for roQ tubes and kits
• Assemble roQ components into kits
• Follow written instructions (SOP) for all critical processes
• Keep all work areas, equipment, and tools neat, clean, and organized
