About The Position

Join one of the world’s largest Clinical Research Organizations and play a key role in advancing new medical treatments. Our Early Phase Unit is seeking a Lab Technician to support healthy volunteer clinical trials and help generate high‑quality data that shapes the future of medicine. This is a full-time, office-based position in Dallas, TX that requires flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays based on business needs. Work schedules are provided in advance to support planning, and candidates must be comfortable adapting to a variety of shift times as part of a collaborative, fast-paced team environment. In this hands-on role, you’ll work directly with study samples and support a wide variety of early‑phase clinical trials. No two days are the same. You’ll collaborate with a skilled clinical team and gain exposure to cutting-edge therapies, first‑in‑human studies, and innovative medical technologies.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of laboratory experience.
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, weekends, and in a fast‑paced, highly regulated environment.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, and attention to detail.
  • Comfort working with biological specimens and using PPE as required.

Responsibilities

  • High volume collecting, handling, processing, and shipping specimens (including PK samples).
  • Operating and maintaining lab equipment and ensuring a clean, safe work environment.
  • Troubleshooting sample or equipment issues.
  • Managing reagent and supply inventories.
  • Safely handling hazardous materials.
  • Supporting daily lab workflows and participating in quality improvement initiatives.
