Part - Time Lab Technician - Air Conditioning Technologies - FY 2027
About The Position
Applications will be considered on an as-needed basis determined by department need. This position may close early if the hiring need is filled or we receive too many applications. Under Direct Supervision, the Air Conditioning Technologies Lab Technician provides technical support for lab operations of scheduled and open Air Conditioning Technologies Labs. This role supports instructors and students with the operation of specialized equipment during labs, performs minor maintenance on specialized lab equipment, and assists in ensuring labs are prepared with proper inventories for classes. The technician will also assist the instructor in planning and preparing labs in conjunction with full-time faculty.
Requirements
- Experience performing equipment maintenance
- Ability to set up HVAC related machines
- Proficient with all systems and the tools related to the HVACR industry
- EPA card
Nice To Haves
- AAS Degree in Air Conditioning Technologies from an accredited College/ University
- 2 years of experience in Air Conditioning Field
Responsibilities
