We’re seeking an organized individual to handle lab support operations, including glasswash. You'll be the primary point of contact for lab personnel, ensuring compliance and efficiency in all support activities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year experience with material handling required
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a safety-first approach.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
  • Will work with hazardous/toxic materials
  • Successfully complete and satisfy Thermo Fisher’s pre-employment screening (including background check and drug test) and any customer-mandated screening, credentialing, or badging requirements.

  • Good x Practice (GxP) environment or laboratory setting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Perform specific tasks associated with labware operations, including precision cleaning, inventory management, quality control, and sterilization through autoclaving.
  • Collect used labware/materials from various labs and ensure dedicated points of use are fully restocked
  • Partner with clients to understand their labware and material needs, providing timely support and ensuring stock availability
  • Follow well-defined procedures as outlined by Best Practices, SOPs & Work Instructions
  • Maintain accurate KPIs and metric data weekly.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory and support activities.
  • May perform other duties as assigned by management.
