Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a formal phlebotomy program at a technical training school or equivalent experience (2 years in a clinical lab environment).

Responsibilities

• Draw/obtain blood specimens from clinic patients by mean of venipuncture or capillary collection according policies and procedures.
• Instructs patients for non-blood specimen collections.
