About The Position
The Lab Services Customer Service Representative acts as a liaison between Laboratory Services, provider, insurance companies and other healthcare agencies, and is responsible for providing high quality customer service to lab services customers in a high stress environment.
Requirements
- Two (2) years of phlebotomy experience with all age groups
- One (1) year of registration experience which may be concurrent with phlebotomy experience
- Current/active phlebotomy certification with a nationally recognized agency requiring both an exam and clinical experience
