About The Position

Requirements

• Active Pharmacy Technician registration or license in Wisconsin.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in a compounding or lab pharmacy setting.
• Familiarity with USP 795 and/or USP 797 compounding guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing, compounding, and dispensing medications in a lab setting.
• Accurately measure, mix, and label pharmaceutical compounds according to established protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant lab environment in accordance with USP standards.
• Perform quality control checks on compounded preparations to ensure accuracy and safety.
• Manage and track lab inventory, including ordering and restocking supplies as needed.
• Document compounding records and maintain accurate patient and prescription logs.
• Collaborate with pharmacists and staff to support efficient workflow and patient satisfaction.
