About The Position

This is a long-term temporary assignment for a Lab Data Analyst in the pharmaceutical industry, expected to last through the end of April 2028. The role involves various laboratory duties including supply ordering, inventory management, vendor liaison, data trending, maintenance, testing of products and materials, WFI testing, and instrument calibration. The position also requires assisting with special projects, promoting a safe work environment, and maintaining compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and company policies.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in science or related field
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in a Quality laboratory in a pharmaceutical or medical device setting
  • Knowledge of general computer functions such as Microsoft Office programs, spreadsheets, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of processes relevant to quality and various equipment such as balances
  • Knowledge and skill in identifying, analyzing, and controlling hazards which are significant for product quality and reliability in the manufacturing and supply chain
  • Knowledge in the operation of a quality laboratory
  • Skill in handling several projects or tasks at the same time, or within a given time frame
  • Advanced Problem Safety Sensitivity; the ability to recognize a safety issue or potential safety issue
  • Skill to use time management techniques in personal daily tasks and that of others
  • Skill in quality and compliance vigilance
  • Ability to inspect the work of others and coach performance in line with company standard operating procedures
  • Ability to apply critical thinking
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Orders Laboratory supplies.
  • Performs Inventory for the Laboratory.
  • Liaison between Laboratory and vendors.
  • Performs laboratory Trending.
  • Performs lab maintenance.
  • Performs testing of finished products, raw materials and drug product components.
  • Performs WFI testing.
  • Calibrates and maintains instrumentation.
  • Assists with special projects as required or requested.
  • Promote a safe and harmonious work environment.
  • Maintain compliance with SOPs, GMPs, and all company policies.
  • Other duties as assigned or required.
