About The Position

Join our Courier Service team to be an integral part of delivering precise and reliable laboratory results that impact patient outcomes positively. This position is working as a Courier and will not include any Phlebotomy. This position involves transferring lab specimen. The schedule is 40 hours per week, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, Wednesday through Sunday.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No Experience
• No Supervisor Experience

Nice To Haves

• <2 years experience
• < 2 years supervisor experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS)
• Phlebotomy

Responsibilities

• Perform phlebotomy, positive patient identification, and positive patient interaction, proper collection and specimen integrity.
• Coordinates a simultaneous series of tasks accurately, including STAT orders and fluctuation in workload, prioritizing work to complete within scheduled hours and established turnaround times.
• Interacts with lab, clinical and other ancillary departments.
