About The Position

The Department of Ecosystem Science and Management in the College of Agricultural Sciences is hiring a Lab Coordinator. The Lab Coordinator will oversee daily operations of the Lieurance Invasion Ecology laboratory, maintaining a safe, organized, and compliant environment that supports the research productivity of the Principal Investigator (PI), graduate students, undergraduate researchers, and visiting collaborators. The position integrates laboratory stewardship, regulatory compliance, administrative coordination, and personnel training to advance the lab's research mission.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience accepted
• Must operate a motor vehicle as part of job duties.
• Valid driver’s license
• Successful completion of a motor vehicle records check
• Successful completion of background check(s) in accordance with University policies.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Lieurance Invasion Ecology laboratory.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and compliant environment.
• Support the research productivity of the Principal Investigator (PI), graduate students, undergraduate researchers, and visiting collaborators.
• Integrate laboratory stewardship, regulatory compliance, administrative coordination, and personnel training.
