About The Position

This role is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of laboratory spaces, ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The position involves handling various lab materials, including chemicals and biological waste, and requires accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, dry and sterilize laboratory glassware, metal instruments, and specialized equipment.
• Clean and disinfected workstations, sinks, tables, and floors according to Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) standards.
• Safety handle, label, and dispose of chemical, biological and hazardous waste in compliance with environmental regulations.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels for washroom supplies, cleaning agents, and lab materials.
• Document sanitation activities, equipment logs, and inventory status accurately.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
