Provide academic and technical assistance in a group environment in various academic areas and at various academic levels. Provide student supervision when using UPWARD computer equipment. Maintain and turn in accurate documentation for student attendance, computer usage, and program needs. Assist with special events including working with community-based organizations on campus. Develop an in-depth knowledge of the College and attend and participate in training opportunities. Provide effective, positive communication to students. Promote a Culture of Belonging Support and promote an environment of belonging where all students, faculty members, and college employees feel welcomed, valued, and empowered to contribute. Foster a community where each individual and their varied perspectives enrich the educational experience and create a safe and respectful environment.
