We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and professional Lab Assistant Program Chair with experience in clinical laboratory science, lab safety and equipment, and specialized lab testing. The ideal candidate believes in sharing knowledge, motivating others, preparing graduates for entry-level positions, and prioritizing students. This role is based at our Lafayette Campus and involves assisting the Director of Campus Administration/Campus Dean in managing the Campus’ Lab Assistant program. The position requires adherence to company policies, state and federal regulations, and accreditation standards. Responsibilities include curriculum development, faculty recruitment and training, employee supervision, student orientation and graduation support, and monitoring student attendance and attrition. The Program Chair will also research technological changes, implement academic program objectives, teach courses as required, and travel as needed. Maintaining professional relationships and conducting oneself in a manner that fosters a positive impression of the Campus and Company are also key aspects of the role. The job is performed on-site, with remote work being appropriate when on-site work is not required, subject to HR policy.
