About The Position

Manages the Animal Laboratory Facility by supervising personnel, maintaining inventory, conducting research, acting as a liaison, and providing training. Duties include overseeing the Technical Services Team, which supports USDA-covered species, ABSL# studies, colony management, weekend support, and laboratory and TSU inventory.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Biological Science, Animal Science, or a related field.
• 36 months of experience in a laboratory animal facility.
• In lieu of a bachelor's degree, 48 months of related experience may be accepted, for a total of 84 months of experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience supporting USDA-covered species, ABSL# studies, colony management, weekend support, and laboratory and TSU inventory.
