About The Position

As a Lab Analyst I at ICON, you will conduct routine laboratory tests and analyses to support clinical research studies. You will maintain accurate data, adhere to standard procedures, and contribute to the overall success of laboratory operations. You will contribute to scientific operations activities, take responsibility for your deliverables, and work collaboratively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in biology, chemistry, or a related scientific field.
• 0–2 years of experience in a laboratory environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to follow protocols and maintain accurate records.
• Basic proficiency in laboratory techniques and equipment operation, with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting team objectives and deadlines.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with established protocols and procedures.
• Record and document test results accurately, ensuring data integrity and compliance with quality standards.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, perform regular calibrations, and troubleshoot as needed.
• Support quality control activities by participating in the review and verification of test results and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of laboratory tasks and projects.
