About The Position

Exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Lab Aide to work in Valley View Hospital's Laboratory! This is a 7on/7off position with work hours from 1pm-11:30pm. As a Lab Aide you will receive and collect lab specimens, perform phlebotomy and capillary sticks according to laboratory procedure, and register patients and enter orders amongst other responsibilities!

Requirements

High School graduate or equivalent
Basic computer and filing skills
Ability to order tests accurately

Nice To Haves

One (1) year phlebotomy experience preferred

Responsibilities

Receive and collect lab specimens
Perform phlebotomy and capillary sticks according to laboratory procedure
Register patients and enter orders
