About The Position
Provide L3 production support for enterprise data platforms built on Azure Data Lake, Databricks, PySpark pipelines, and TigerGraph, ensuring stability, performance, and SLA adherence.
Requirements
- Strong experience with ADLS Gen2 and Azure Databricks
- Advanced PySpark debugging and performance tuning
- Hands-on TigerGraph (GSQL, loaders, schema, query performance)
- Strong SQL and data troubleshooting skills
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and ITSM tools
- Linux/Unix and Git knowledge
Responsibilities
- L3 support for ADLS, Databricks, PySpark jobs, and TigerGraph platforms
- Perform deep RCA for data failures, performance issues, and incidents
- Troubleshoot batch/streaming pipelines, Databricks clusters, workflows, and graph queries
- Resolve data latency, quality, and ingestion issues
- Support production releases, hotfixes, and deployments
- Guide L2 teams and maintain runbooks/SOPs
- Participate in oncall and shift-based support
