About The Position

We’re seeking a hands-on temporary L&D Coordinator. This role keeps the learning ecosystem running smoothly by processing support and administrative tasks for the L&D team. This role is projected to be two months in duration, but could be less at the company's discretion and business requirements. This role reports to the VP of Learning & Development.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years in L&D or related role with direct LMS admin experience (HIGHLY preferred to have Oracle Learning within Oracle Cloud HCM).
  • Strong partner management, requirements gathering, and communication skills.
  • Data fluency: Word, Excel, CoPilot
  • Customer Obsession – elevates learner and manager experience

Responsibilities

  • Processing LMS requests forwarded from the L&D email: course withdrawals, adds etc.
  • Entering onboarding group trackers from the clubs, following up with clubs on missing information
  • Assigning Right Start for Rehires
  • Assigning individual courses as needed, including Right Start, Pcard, PCI, Security, Food Safety, etc.
  • Managing Learning plans in the system
  • Basic reporting including but not limited to running employee transcripts: downloads and completion status, learning plans summary reports, and others as requested
  • Other support functions as needed to support the team.
