The Instructional Designer is responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and scalable learning experiences that support product adoption, customer success, and employee development. Reporting to the Learning Architect & LMS Administrator, this role designs and develops training materials—including eLearning, microlearning, facilitator guides, and blended learning programs—aligned with instructional design best practices and the enterprise learning architecture. The Instructional Designer collaborates closely with subject matter experts, L&D Specialists, facilitators, Product Learning & Enablement, and business stakeholders to translate complex SaaS product workflows into clear, effective learning solutions. This role focuses on building content that can be leveraged across both the Transformation (Acquisition) and Organic Growth learning teams, ensuring consistency, quality, and readiness across the organization. This is a hands-on production role ideal for a creative learning professional who enjoys building modern digital learning experiences and partnering with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
