About The Position

The L&D Facilitator delivers learning and development programs that support workforce capability development across the organization. The role facilitates instructor-led training and blended learning experiences for employees in a variety of roles and functions, partnering with People Practices teams and business stakeholders to provide relevant context and effective learning experiences. The facilitator supports engagement in learning initiatives through effective facilitation and learner interaction. The role’s core responsibilities and scope are a starting point. DPR expects employees to take ownership of outcomes, lead from where they are, and act in the best interest of the team, customer, project, and organization. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least 6 years of experience in training facilitation, instructional delivery, coaching, or learning and development.

Nice To Haves

Experience facilitating both in-person and virtual training programs.

Responsibilities

Facilitate instructor-led training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programs in in-person and virtual environments.
Apply instructional techniques that support learner engagement and accommodate diverse learning styles.
Manage classroom and virtual learning environments to promote participation and maintain effective group dynamics.
Adapt learning delivery approaches to audience needs, experience levels, and program objectives.
Partner with People Practices teams and business stakeholders to prepare for workshops and align training delivery with organizational goals.
Connect employees and coaches with learning resources and development opportunities that support continued growth.
Share participant feedback and learning insights with Learning & Development Program Managers and Centers of Excellence teams to support program improvement.
