About The Position
The KVCC Enrollment Navigator serves as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center, providing guidance and support to students throughout their enrollment journey. This role is crucial in helping students navigate admissions, transcripts, residency requirements, registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes. The navigator will assist students with enrollment systems, troubleshoot issues, and connect them with appropriate campus resources. The position requires maintaining accurate student records and collaborating with various departments to ensure a seamless student experience, while adhering to FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-3 years of office experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a frontline representative for the Enrollment Services Center.
- Provide guidance regarding admissions, transcripts, residency requirements, registration, onboarding, and financial aid processes.
- Assist students in navigating enrollment systems and troubleshooting account or registration issues.
- Deliver responsive support through in-person, phone, email, chat, and text communication.
- Triage student concerns and connect students with appropriate campus departments and resources.
- Maintain accurate student records within the Student Information System (SIS).
- Collaborate with Admissions, Advising, Financial Aid, and Registrar staff to support seamless student experiences.
- Ensure compliance with FERPA regulations and institutional policies.
