About The Position
We are seeking candidates who are fluent in Spanish and Korean to support future workforce operations involving Korean and Spanish-speaking employees. This role will focus on on-site coordination, communication support, and equipment-related operations. Previous equipment experience is preferred but not required for candidates with strong communication skills.
Requirements
- Fluency in Korean and Spanish required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a multicultural and field-based environment
- MUST BE AUTHORIZED WORK IN THE UNITED STATES
Nice To Haves
- Equipment, manufacturing, or maintenance experience preferred
- Candidates without equipment experience may still be considered if communication skills are strong
- Experience in equipment, maintenance, or manufacturing environments
- Experience supporting field operations or workforce management
- English proficiency is a plus
- Self-motivated and responsible individuals preferred
- Ability to adapt to dynamic field environments
Responsibilities
- Support communication between Korean management and Spanish-speaking employees
- Assist with equipment operation and on-site support activities
- Coordinate workforce operations and daily field activities
- Communicate effectively with customers and on-site personnel
- Provide regular updates regarding project and operational status
- Support troubleshooting and issue resolution when needed
