Responsible for testing, troubleshooting defects, and tracking hardware (HW) performances of wireless products, ensuring timely reporting of issues and test results to stakeholders. The environment is fast-paced, requiring the ability to prioritize tasks, adapt to changing circumstances, and respond quickly to challenges. In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will conduct testing and reporting of mobile phone performance in live networks, including call quality, data performance, battery life, and audio performance. They will capture various system logs to support R&D in debugging HW-related problems, identify gaps in test scope coverage, define new performance tests, or replace existing ones, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to track HW performance issues (QC defects) and provide feedback to R&D and local SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) to improve product quality from the HW perspective.
