About The Position

The Korean Bilingual Network Project Manager will be responsible for managing cabling/low voltage implementation projects in Datacenters, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR/Office, and FAB environments. This role involves acting as a project leader and supervisor, managing local vendors, resources, and project delivery. The position also includes a Project Control Office role, handling contract management, and SAS (Site Access System) communication for invoicing and PO requests. Requirements

  • 5 years or more of experience
  • Project management skills
  • Report and documentation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills in Korean AND English
  • Resource Management (Site Entrance request, daily resource status, attendance, SAS policy observation and management)
  • Delivery Management (Project Progress management, weekly dashboard update)
  • Project Control Office role (network termination project related On-Site resource management, Vendor resource management & safety management)
  • Handover support after implementation is completed
  • Communication with Operation team
  • Contract Management (Contract management for out-bound, in-bound contracts, Quote providing, Legal review on contract)
  • SAS Communication (Invoice planning, scheduling and SDSA forecasting report to manage PO Validation and PO request for resource and human resource)

Responsibilities

  • Manage Cabling/Low voltage implement in Datacenter, IDF/MDF, HUB/BCR/Office and FAB implementation project
  • Act as Project leader/supervisor providing processes to vendors and operation teams
  • Manage local vendors, including contracts, POs, and invoices
  • Manage resources, including site entrance requests, daily resource status, and SAS policy observation
  • Manage project progress and provide weekly dashboard updates
  • Perform Project Control Office duties related to network termination projects
  • Manage on-site resources, vendor resources, and safety
  • Provide Hand-Over support after implementation and communicate with the Operation team
  • Manage out-bound and in-bound contracts, provide quotes, and conduct legal reviews on contracts
  • Handle SAS Communication, including invoice planning, scheduling, and SDSA forecasting reports for PO validation and requests
