About The Position

The Korean Bilingual Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for various aspects of the recruitment process, including posting job openings, drafting job descriptions, and managing candidate communication. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with technology, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. The recruiter will also be involved in the pre-employment and onboarding processes, and may attend recruitment events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 1-2 years of experience.
  • Korean proficiency is required.
  • Great interpersonal skills/Communicator.
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic individual who is ready to take on a new experience.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with technology tools including email, MS Office, Internet, and willing to learn new user friendly software.
  • Able to work independently while still being a team player.
  • Efficient time management skills and able to attend weekly phone meetings.
  • Punctual, reliable, and able to adapt to an ever-changing environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Technical recruiting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Posting job openings to internal and external job search websites.
  • Keeping records of candidate interviews and giving status reports to managers.
  • Drafting job descriptions and company profiles for distribution.
  • Briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
  • Maintaining timely documentation of all conversations with candidates within the internal database.
  • Assisting in recruitment efforts across all disciplines within Operations.
  • Sorting resumes and applications for job openings, and arranging interviews by calling or emailing candidates.
  • Becoming well acquainted with the entire recruitment and interview process.
  • Aiding department managers in updating recruitment policies, and writing memos, emails, and other correspondence.
  • Managing the pre-employment process and onboarding process (Drug test, Background Check, Application, Job offer letter, new hire report).
  • Attending recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus meetings.
  • Performing other duties as assigned.
