We are looking for someone to join our Communications organization in Cincinnati, Ohio and become a critical member of the North America Beauty team working on our beauty brands. This person will help lead influencer relations and management and use digital, social, and communication skills to further drive our beauty brands to resonate with our consumers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and digital influencers
  • General understanding of influencers and media
  • Strong written communications skills
  • Maintains a growth mindset and values experimentation
  • Shows adaptability and strong learning agility to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Exhibits the ability to pivot quickly and effectively in response to changing priorities and circumstances
  • Building and managing relationships with influencers and other key stakeholders to solve business problems
  • Social media and digital content expertise
  • Storytelling and co-creating compelling & inclusive content that reaches and resonates with consumers
  • Operational discipline to manage logistics and reporting
  • Collaboration with cross-functional team members and agency partners

Nice To Haves

  • Previous work in social media, influencer relations (ideally 5 years)

Responsibilities

  • Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) that match our brand’s equity and criteria for partnership
  • Serve as day-to-day contact for KOL’s including initial outreach, briefing and ongoing relations
  • Manage operations including product fulfillment, platform access and enrollment, and payment systems
  • Manage tracking and internal reporting
  • Partner with multi-functional team on contract management, paid media strategy, social landscape assessments, creative best practices, and business plans.
