Kohler Intern - Finance

Kohler Co.Kohler, WI

About The Position

Kohler’s Early Talent internship programs are designed to provide meaningful, hands‑on experience that drives real business impact. Over the course of a 10–12-week internship, interns are immersed in the business—contributing to real projects, building practical skills, and gaining valuable exposure to our teams. They are supported through intentional learning, mentorship, and a strong sense of community. These experiences are designed to build a strong pipeline of talent for future full-time opportunities, including Leadership Development Programs and direct hire roles. The Finance Internship Program is an opportunity for early-career finance talent to step into the business and contribute to meaningful work from day one. Interns are placed close to the work that matters—helping teams understand performance, analyze trends, evaluate tradeoffs, and tell the story behind the numbers in ways that support better business decisions. Over the course of the experience, interns gain hands-on exposure to Kohler’s finance organization while building technical skills, business acumen, and leadership confidence. The experience is intentionally designed to feel like a preview of the Finance Leadership Development Program: interns take ownership of real projects, connect with leaders and peers, and explore how finance partners across the business to create impact.
