About The Position
The Knowledge Program at Baptist Health Floyd provides tuition assistance to healthcare students. Upon graduation, participants commit to joining Baptist Health Floyd, and the funding is forgiven as the student meets specific tenure milestones. The amount of funding varies based on factors such as the school, degree program, graduation date, career goals, and demonstrated need. Current Baptist employees must be in good standing to be considered. This is a competitive program, and acceptance is not guaranteed. Students must be accepted or actively enrolled in an applicable degree program before graduation to be eligible. Those taking prerequisite classes are generally not yet eligible.
