About The Position

QinetiQ US is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support the development, advancement, and sustainment of weapon systems for the U.S. Space Force and its mission partners. The role supports work spanning ground, near-space, and space environments, helping meet current and projected Department of Warfighter (DoW) strategic, operational, and tactical needs. The position requires strong knowledge of Higher Headquarters, Air Force, and/or Space Acquisition business operations, along with experience using standard functional databases. The Knowledge Manager will work closely with technical teams, stakeholders, and partners to support program success.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• TS/SCI eligibility.
• 15 years of experience in DoW information technology; experience with NRO, NSA, and/or NGA is acceptable.
• Experience creating SharePoint sites and managing data storage.
• SCRUM Master-level competency in Jira and Confluence.
• Experience managing Atlassian Jira user groups and project roles, and building and configuring Jira workflows and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Develop, document, modify, transition, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements.
• Plan and execute transitions of existing program- or functional discipline-unique software and databases into standard or updated databases and software.
• Assist in developing, managing, and maintaining unit SharePoint sites, including supporting reorganization efforts.
• Support out-of-the-box process engineering design and implementation.
• Update permissions and content; create, delete, and rename sites; migrate and clean up data; assist end users; and perform basic troubleshooting.
