About The Position

Corvus Consulting, LLC is seeking a Knowledge Manager to support HQDA DCS G-3/5/7 DAMO-SOC by employing knowledge in data capture and analysis and critical thinking skills. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge‑management expertise and a solid understanding of Army Staff processes, especially within G‑3/5/7 and Special Operations. They excel at organizing, structuring, and sharing information using tools like SharePoint, Teams, and workflow automation. They bring strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to support rapid decision‑making across multiple lines of effort. The candidate is highly organized, proactive, and able to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, classified environment.

Requirements

  • BA/BS & 10+ years’ experience or MA/MS & 8 years of experience. Substitution: HS diploma & 16+ years’ experience
  • Significant experience with SharePoint required
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • 5 years of work experience directly related to the field of Knowledge Management
  • 2 years of relative experience with decision support tools of processes and data standard operations procedures
  • 5 years of experience in Strategic and/or operational planning and operational design at the DoD, Joint Staff, Service, Combatant Command, or regional Theater-level
  • Must be willing to travel
  • Top Secret/SCI Department of Defense Security Clearance

  • Knowledge/Experience with TMT and Army Staff experience

Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of a variety general facilitation documents and can rapidly synthesize data received from discussions into documents to include, meeting minutes, data collection documents or templates and into standard strategic planning documents.
  • Participate as a member of the Division Command section, leveraging available tools to ensure knowledge sharing, efficiency, and organizational continuity to support staff operations and mission command.
  • Facilitate knowledge creation and transfer across the organization by incorporating web applications for effective information sharing.
  • Oversee content management efforts by incorporating discussion boards, resource document libraries, and seven-minute drills for enterprise battle rhythm meetings.
  • Lead KM collaborative discussion to determined strengths, weaknesses, and processes. Support transfer of information across classified networks in accordance with established processes.
