About The Position

As a Knowledge Management (KM) Specialist on our team, you will apply specialized technical and operational expertise to directly enable operations, intelligence analysis, and mission execution for key stakeholders. In this role, you will lead or support the end-to-end design, deployment, and governance of enterprise KM frameworks, establishing robust protocols for capturing, structuring, and disseminating vital operational knowledge. You will serve as a critical bridge between data, technology, and end-users—driving process modernization, accelerating the integration of emerging AI and analytics platforms such as Palantir and Tableau, and breaking down information silos across cross-functional teams. By optimizing collaboration environments, standardizing workflows, and transforming raw operational data into accessible knowledge assets, you will directly enhance organizational efficiency, reduce time spent searching for information, and empower senior leadership with data-driven decision support.

Requirements

  • Experience with using Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint site architecture, and enterprise content management systems
  • Experience creating concise, high-level briefings and executive deliverables for senior leadership
  • Experience facilitating working groups and stakeholder meetings, conducting deep metrics analysis, and leveraging AI or automation tools to accelerate knowledge discovery
  • Knowledge of enterprise data integration, visualization, and analytics platforms such as Palantir Foundry or Gotham, Tableau, or Microsoft Power BI to support data discoverability, workflow optimization, and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, develop strategic KM plans, and define performance KPIs supporting data-driven decision-making
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or Computer Science and 5+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, information architecture, or organizational change management, or 10+ years of experience in Knowledge Management, information architecture, or organizational change management in lieu of a degree

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable KM frameworks, establishing protocols and workflows for capturing, storing, accessing, and maintaining organizational knowledge assets across analyst teams and partner organizations.
  • Evaluate business workflows to enhance information governance, optimize operations, and identify opportunities to integrate emerging AI capabilities and collaborative technologies.
  • Develop and deliver high-impact executive communications, including leadership briefings, talking points, and strategic roadmaps to inform senior stakeholder decisions.
  • Author and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), policies, and strategic plans.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to quantify reductions in search time and gains in operational efficiency.
  • Administer and structure content across SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and enterprise collaboration suites to optimize site navigation, metadata tagging, and repository hygiene.
  • Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to align KM frameworks with enterprise data platforms, including Palantir and Tableau, ensuring knowledge assets and analytical outputs are structured, searchable, and accessible across the enterprise.
