About The Position
Linchpin Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Knowledge Management Specialist for an exciting career opportunity in the IT, engineering, software development, logistics, and project management fields. This role requires an active DoD Top Secret Clearance. The Knowledge Management Specialist (KMS) will lead the design, development, and maintenance of comprehensive knowledge management solutions for the JID-TC. This position bridges technical IT administration with curriculum management, ensuring that all organizational know-how, courseware, and student data are securely stored, easily accessible, and effectively integrated into course delivery. The KMS will support continuous learning across the enterprise while strictly adhering to DoD security and compliance standards.
Requirements
- Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Education, Instructional Systems Design, or a related field is required
- CompTIA Security+ certification
- Microsoft Enterprise Administrator Expert certification (MS-102) or SharePoint Administrator Associate certification
- Microsoft Enterprise Teams Administrator certification (MS-700)
- 5 years progressive experience in IT administration
- 3+ years managing Microsoft 365 environments, including SharePoint Online site provisioning, Teams deployment, CUI-compliant configurations, and user onboarding
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic curriculum-development tools
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple emerging-mission efforts
- Ability to collaborate with military, Government, contractor, acquisition, and technical organizations
- Strong SharePoint Administration skills
- Microsoft Teams governance proficiency
- Strong data security, governance, and compliance skills
- Power BI report creation
- PnP PowerShell scripting
- HTML, JavaScript/TypeScript, CSS, and React
Nice To Haves
- Master's degree
- Experience working within DoD IT systems and understanding military security concepts is highly preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Purview
Responsibilities
