Requirements
- Two (2) years of technical documentation or knowledge management experience.
Responsibilities
- Supports creation, updates, retirement, and maintenance of knowledge articles and support documentation.
- Update knowledge articles.
- Conduct article reviews and validation.
- Format and publish content.
- Support knowledge audits.
- Track article lifecycle status.
