As a Knowledge Management Analyst on our team, you’ll be trusted to advance DoD and Service level initiatives by developing DM and KM operating procedures, authoritative standards, and workflows. While translating business requirements into technical solutions, you’ll work closely with key stakeholders and other technical specialists to implement innovative roadmaps and architectures that will enable better collaboration and alignment of people, processes, and technology. In this role, you’ll directly impact the posture of the service, advance its future state goals, and ensure it maintains a warfighting advantage. Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience creating SharePoint applications according to Microsoft best practices
  • 4+ years of experience working independently in a customer-facing knowledge management role
  • 4+ years of experience with business process evaluation and reengineering
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Suite of tools, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
  • Experience developing applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and JSON
  • Ability to provide customer service, including stakeholder collaboration
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of DoD security protocols
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certification
