Requirements

  • Minimum of eight (8) years of knowledge/content management and administrative experience in at least two of the following areas: Administrative Support (executive customer service, scheduling, project management, and communication); Content Management (content creation/curation, strategic writing, copywriting, marketing, and DoW access control); or Knowledge Management (change management, data analysis, database management, large-scale content curation, and DoW business processes)
  • Demonstrated SQL proficiency for managing metadata across enterprise-scale repositories

Responsibilities

  • Providing executive-level administrative support including scheduling, project management, and relationship management
  • Creating, curating, and controlling access to content across enterprise platforms
  • Managing and executing change management initiatives and large-scale content curation efforts
  • Supporting DoW business and content processes
  • Using SQL to extract, analyze, and manage metadata across enterprise content repositories and databases
