The Knowledge and Intelligence Solutions Administrator will lead the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of the firm’s experience management platform, Litera Foundation. This role is responsible for ensuring that experience data is accurate, accessible, and strategically leveraged to support business development, knowledge sharing, and analytics across the firm. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, service-oriented professional who combines strong technical platform expertise with excellent judgment, communication skills, and execution. This position is available as a virtual or hybrid work arrangement.
