About The Position

Park Printing is seeking a motivated and experienced Kitting Lead to join our team on the 2nd shift. The Kitting Lead will be responsible for overseeing the kitting process, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in assembling kits for production. This role is essential to the success of our operations, and we are looking for someone with leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in warehouse or production environment, with a focus on kitting, inventory management, or logistics.
Previous supervisory or team lead experience required, preferably on a 2nd or evening shift.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Supervise a team to ensure accurate picking, packing, and organization of kits for production or customer orders.
Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to the kitting team. Promote a positive and productive work environment.
Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure all materials are available.
Inspect kits for completeness and accuracy before they are sent to production. Ensure adherence to company quality standards.
Collaborate with other departments to maintain the smooth flow of materials and resolve any kitting issues.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports on kitting activities, inventory, and shift performance.
Address operational challenges, troubleshoot issues with kits, and ensure timely resolution to keep production on track.
