About The Position

The Kitting Associate processes and moves inventory from production into a single package. The role operates a forklift to load, unload, transport, and store parts; identifies kit components and follows the assembly order to select inventory; and packages products using designated shipping containers and protective padding. The associate also performs other duties assigned by a supervisor.

The position works Monday through Friday, from 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Work takes place in a warehouse that may expose employees to loud noises, fumes or odors, extreme temperatures, dirt, and dust. The role requires lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds and standing throughout the shift, except for breaks and lunch. Requirements

• High attention to detail.
• Experience operating a forklift and ability to become certified in forklift operation.
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to perform warehouse activities that may require hours of lifting, standing, and carrying.
• High school diploma.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screening.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift, less breaks and lunch.
• Foster good coworker citizenship and contribute to a positive work environment.
