About The Position

As a Kitting Associate, you’ll be part of our Material Handling group. You’ll get to keep assembly lines and associated departments stocked with the proper amount of parts, avoid overstocking lines or departments with excess inventory, abide by all SBD Willard safety policies, follow all applicable ISO standards & procedures, ensure all stock areas are kept neat and organized, use proper radio etiquette, provide backup as needed throughout the department, and perform tasks assigned by the Supervisor or Zone Leader. Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
Willingness to learn the layout of the facility
Must be able read and comprehend instructions
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to learn the Janus scanning guns and procedures
Knowledge of the AS400 system or willing to learn
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Able to work overtime as needed
