About The Position

The Kitter Foam role is a specialized position focused on the precise preparation and handling of foam materials used in manufacturing or packaging processes. Requirements

• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and material handling.

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle materials safely.
• Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity.

• Experience working in a foam manufacturing or related production environment.
• Familiarity with industrial mixing and dispensing equipment.

• Certification in workplace safety or hazardous materials handling.
• Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and batch sheets.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix foam raw materials according to specified formulations and production schedules.
• Operate and maintain foam dispensing and mixing equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
• Conduct quality checks on foam products to verify compliance with dimensional and physical property standards.
• Maintain accurate records of material usage, batch numbers, and production data for traceability.
• Follow all safety guidelines and standard operating procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Collaborate with production and quality assurance teams to troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements.
• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of equipment to minimize downtime and extend machinery life.
