About The Position

This position reports to the Aftermarket Assembly Manager and is responsible for the fulfillment of all assigned duties within the Kit Department. The role involves assembling and packaging kits according to specifications, inspecting products and paperwork for shipment, and utilizing various software for tasks such as updating SAP and following work instructions. Effective communication with other departments and participation in continuous improvement projects are also key aspects of this role.

• Basic math skills required.
• Ability to gain knowledge of company products.
• Comply with quality, environmental, safety and JOST company policies and procedures.

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of warehouse or kitting preferred
• Basic computer skills desired.

Responsibilities

• Inspection of product and paperwork for shipment.
• Assemble and package to specification for kit orders.
• Use of email, reading prints, updating SAP, IGEAR work instructions, and other required software.
• Communicate with other departments as needed.
• Engage in continuous improvements projects as required.
