This position is responsible for preparing California Chicken Café's famous scratch-made recipes and ensuring the restaurant's back kitchen and facilities are clean, neat, and organized. Key responsibilities include maintaining a positive work environment, accurately following production lists, using manual or electronic appliances for food preparation, and properly storing and labeling foods according to Health Department regulations. The role also involves reading and executing recipes, maintaining a clean and sanitized restaurant, making and packaging guest food orders, and communicating any issues regarding food quality, equipment, or the work environment. Adherence to all company policies and procedures is required.
