About The Position
Responsible for managing incoming stock on delivery days. Rotating old stock for FIFO, keeping stock organized arranged by product with safety and sanitation rules applying. Fills par requisition forms for Dining Staff. Ensures loading (receiving) dock is clean and organized. Properly wraps, labels and dates food items to be stored in refrigerator, freezer or storage room. Wash dishes, clean kitchen. Any other reasonable requests of management team.
